A time to reflect and absorb – in many online training programs we don’t allow time to absorb and allow the changes to compute through to your everyday life. This is an intentional pause.
This module will involve a Kundalini Kriya, a meditation and an online training focused on how to take time, allow naps, rest and ENJOY this life changing process.
Your busy life will slow down a little during this module – time to be silent, to journal and to enjoy.
